Chloe “Sissy” Worth, age 16, of Barton, Vermont, formerly of Lake City, passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2025, at her residence.

She was born on October 11, 2008, in Erie, PA, the daughter of Hugh James Worth III.

Chloe attended school at Fairview School District and was beginning her junior year at Lake Region Union High School in Orleans, Vermont. She was involved in student council and participated in the school plays. She enjoyed baking and cooking. She was a great artist, loved pottery and creating stained glass and would make homemade birthday cards for her family and friends.

She is survived by her father Hugh James Worth III and his wife Stacy; grandparents, Kevin and Johanna Michael and Hugh J. Worth Jr and his wife Carol; her siblings, Hugh James Worth IV, twin sister Violette Worth, Tom Worth, Chelsea Kaliszewski; aunts and uncles, Matt Michael and his wife Jess, Julia Worth and her husband Joe DeSilva; and cousins, Kaylee, Alexis, and Ella.

Friends may call at Burton Funeral Home, 525 Main Street East, Girard, on Friday August 29, 2025, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm and attend a funeral service there on Saturday at 11:00am with burial to follow at Fairview Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Lake Region Union High School in care of Sharon Gonyaw, 317 Lake Region Road, Orleans, VT 05860.
