I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mr. Eggers. He was more than just my 5th grade teacher; he was a guiding light who inspired me in ways I can hardly express.
His passion for teaching and his genuine care for each of his students created an environment that fostered growth and curiosity. I often find myself reflecting on the lessons he taught, both academically and in life. He had an extraordinary ability to see potential in every student, and he encouraged me to believe in myself when I sometimes struggled to do so.
Not a day goes by that I don´t think of him and the impact he had on my life. I am forever grateful for the kindness and wisdom he shared. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time. He will be greatly missed by all.
With sympathy,
Abby

What a loss for both the Eggers Family and Chris's friends. He made his classroom a place of learning and fun. He and Luther Martinez made 5th grade the place to be in Franklin School. Our children were blessed to be his students. My husband and I were blessed to be able to volunteer in his classroom. The best morning anytime. Chris will be missed. Our condolences from the Perkins Family, Phil and Linda Perkins, Charles and Taryn Perkins and Patricia and Jon Perkins-Garro
