Chris, our pappy, is the glue that held our family together. He was a friend to every person he met and always came with a story to tell. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and especially those who love him. He is now in a place of peace with no suffering. He spent his days doing what he loved: hunting, fishing, woodwork and building pirogues to give to his loved ones. Chris was an honorable man who took pride in his work, but more importantly the family he built.
We love you, "Shawee." Until we see you again.
