Christa was the daughter of the late Georg and Anna Nett. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her by her husband, Jerry Wilhelm, and her siblings Gerda, Hanalaura and Auther.
Christa is survived by her loving sons, Ralph Wilhelm and wife Rhonda, Scott Wilhelm and wife Susan; grandchildren Ashley, Aaron, Alex and Ian; and great-grandchildren, Violet and Tatum.
A devoted and faithful military spouse and mother, Christa stood proudly beside her husband Jerry and created a loving home wherever his assignments led them. Christa was a happy soul with an infectious laugh and a strong German accent. She enjoyed dining out, ice cream and was a meticulous money manager.
Christa's legacy lives on in the love she gave, the lives she touched and the family she dearly cherished. She will be missed beyond measure and remembered always with warmth, gratitude and love.
Christa Wilhelm will be laid to rest with her husband Jerry at the Salisbury National Cemetery in Salisbury, NC. Funeral information to be determined.
