Christian Palle Jensen II
December 3, 1945 – October 31, 2025
Christian Palle Jensen II, age 79, of Clarkston (formerly of Oxford), Michigan, passed away peacefully on October 31, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born on December 3, 1945, in Pontiac, Michigan, to James and Ruth Jensen, Christian grew up in Waterford with his beloved older brother, James. After graduating from Waterford Kettering High School in 1964, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy.
Christian became well known in his community as a friendly and dependable Coca-Cola and later Stroh's truck driver and salesman, a career that spanned 25 years. He later owned and operated Moose Tracks Party Store in Oxford before working as a handyman and finishing his career as a maintenance man and painter at Crittenton Hospital in Rochester, Michigan.
By his first marriage, Christian welcomed his first son, Eric Palle, in 1968. On August 15, 1970, he married the love of his life, Marjorie (Ziemann), and together they raised their daughter, Lynn Marie, and son, Michael Christian.
Christian took great pride in maintaining his home and yard, and he loved woodworking, camping, and spending time at the family cabin. Winters in Florida were a highlight for him, and his favorite escape was mowing his lawn followed by relaxing at the firepit with his close friends. Above all, family was his greatest joy. He had a gift for knowing when someone needed help-often before being asked-and he offered his time and care with a warm smile and a generous heart.
Christian welcomed everyone with his big, genuine heart and a compliment even strangers! Every family member always felt special, wrapped in his legendary bear hugs. He truly was a one-of-a-kind man. Christian's memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends.
