Christina Richard Hutcherson

Funeral services for Christina Richard Hutcherson, 46, of West Monroe, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 26, 2025, in the chapel of Kilpatrick Funeral Home in West Monroe. Pastor Billy Taylor will officiate. Interment will follow at Lapine Assembly Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the funeral home. Christina was born on August 30, 1979, in West Monroe, Louisiana, and passed away on November 21, 2025, in Monroe, Louisiana. She was a devoted member of Landmark Missionary Baptist Church. Christina loved to dance with the Louisiana LunaChicks of NELA, and was especially looking forward to dancing in the America 250 parade in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. She also enjoyed NASCAR and dirt track racing. She was preceded in death by her mother, Laura Smalling Richard; grandparents, Allen and Edith Smalling; grandmother, Mildred Degeyter; fathers-in-law, Jimmy Hutcherson and Larry Winn; and special aunt, Kat Ellard. Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Scott Hutcherson; daughter, Cadence Hutcherson; father, Phillip Richard; sisters, Misty Tidwell and husband Joey, and Melinda Weems and husband Brad; mother-in-law, Cathy Winn; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other cherished family and friends. Pallbearers will be Dillion Tidwell, Tanner Kellick, Claude Daniel, Jason Smalling, Justin Smalling, and Daniel Naron. Honorary pallbearers will be John Spence, David Woods, Brian Woods, Timothy Taylor, and Dusty Smalling.
