I am deeply saddened by Chris's death, but I know she is with her Lord. I have known Chris at Mesiah Church for over 30 years. But even before I knew her well, her wonderful thoughtfulness gave her a reputation. My own mother was the companion for Chris' s mother-in-law, David's mother, when she was elderly and needed someone to read her mail to her. Chris and David were so kind to my mother, as she attended their mother's bedside. Then when I joined the Messiah congregation, Chris was welcoming to me and my family. She was a wonderful friend to me through the years my children grew up at Messiah, through my own husband's death. Although I live in Maryland now, and am away in Florida, I grieve the loss of a wonderful mover, artist, beautiful friend! My prayers are with her family, and especially Chuck at this time.

Having Chris as one of my best friends in college brought many fun times over those 4 years at Lake Erie. We have been lucky to remain friends over the years and I shall remember her as incrediably talented in so many ways , yet so humble about it. A caring gal for sure.I shall remember her always with many fond memories. My sympathies to her family, Christy
