Dr. Christine Linda Davis ND

Bucks County, PA - Dr. Christina Davis (ND), a pioneering naturopathic physician, educator, inventor, researcher, author, and compassionate advocate for holistic healing, passed away on February 5th, 2026. She was 85.

Born in Philadelphia, Dr. Davis was surrounded by a family of professional artisans. Young Christina was a ballerina and with her uncle's band, sang professionally with Frankie Avalon. Later in life she had an audience with and sang for Pope John Paul II. Fluent in Italian, in her teens she worked for National Bank in Philadelphia as an international clearing agent.In her 20s, with a bit of spunk and savvy, her passion for the arts led to a position as an assistant executive with NFL Films. In her 30s, she co-founded the Davis International Bake Shops that brought Termini's pastries into Bucks and Montgomery Counties. She also worked as an executive with Exide Battery.

Inspired by her father, Rocco Traina, Dr. Davis later dedicated her life to integrating natural and conventional approaches to wellness, and opened her private N.D. practice (The Golden Wellness Center, Glenside, PA in 1998.) In lieu of retiring at 69, Dr. Davis co-founded and served as president of the Peace Valley Holistic Center in Chalfont, Bucks County, a nonprofit for special needs children, youths, and families, which she established to provide innovative therapies, including advanced light therapy techniques, to help individuals improve communication, integration, and quality of life. Her work touched countless families, earning her recognition as a health care mentor and leader in holistic medicine. Dr. Davis was honored in 2007 with a Congressional Award for her many years of service to the community.

A patented inventor (Spectral Light Therapy For Autism Spectral Disorders; US Patent 2014), accomplished author, and dedicated educator, Dr. Davis shared her expertise through writings, lectures, and hands-on programs that empowered communities. She co-founded PVHC with a vision of fusing holistic healing with evidence-based methods, creating a space where hope and progress flourished, often bringing tears of joy to parents witnessing breakthroughs in their children.

An avid researcher, Dr. Davis presented papers to various Universities (i.e., Temple University, Thomas Jefferson University, and Gwynedd Mercy University), has shared her research with Duke University and The Menninger Institute, and has worked with the Horsham Clinic, and Friends Hospital.

Dr. Davis is survived by her daughter, Donnamarie Davis-Borgia, Esq. (Carmen Borgia); her son Ray Davis (Dr. Angela Davis) and grandchildren Aaron and Cameron; along with and a wide network of colleagues, patients, and friends whose lives she transformed.

She was preceded in death by beloved Anthony DiDomenico.

Services will be: at Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, 1795 Columbia Ave., Warrington, PA 18976, Saturday, February 14. Family and friends are invited to attend Dr. Davis' viewing from 10am - 11am, with Mass at 11:00am. Dr. Davis' interment will immediately follow at Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine, 654 Ferry Road, Doylestown, PA 18901.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to the Peace Valley Holistic Center and Peace Valley Cafe apprenticeship program (https://www.peacevalleyholisticcenter.com) to continue her mission of supporting special needs individuals through holistic care.

A forceful prayer warrior, Dr. Christina Davis also had a prayer ministry once blessed by Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua, and would send out a daily prayer to family and friends. Dr. Davis leaves a legacy of healing, innovation, and unwavering compassion. Her love and inspiration as a visionary continues to guide those she helped.
