Christine Ann (Clements) Dirmeyer, age 72, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026, in Sarasota Florida.
She was born on September 8, 1953, in Bluffton, Indiana, and grew up on a farm in Poneto, Indiana. She graduated high school in 1971 from Southern Wells High School in Poneto, Indiana.
Christine lived in Minneapolis where she worked as a flight attendant for Northwest Orient Airlines, a career that reflected her independence, professionalism, and care for others. She later moved to Florida where she met her future husband of 41 years. She assisted with the family business while raising two boys.
Throughout her life, she was known for her strength, her love for her family, and the kindness she showed to those around her.
Christine is survived by her husband, David Dirmeyer; two sons, Devin (Lauren) and Drew (Felicia) Dirmeyer; and two grandchildren (Elliot and Hudson), all of Sarasota, Florida. She is also survived by one brother, Randall (Meg) Clements of Houston, Texas, and one sister, Elizabeth (Rob) Couch of Venice, Florida.
She will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those who knew her and for the memories she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed.
