Mrs. Christine E. Graham
Sunset: March 22, 2022

God called, and she said, "Yes here am I," and on March 22, 2022, Christine Elizabeth Graham took leave of this earthly home for a heavenly home beyond the sky at the age of 76.

Christine, daughter of the late Amos "Jack" Wilson and Louise McMillan Green, and wife of the late Samuel Graham was born July 18, 1945, in Lake City, South Carolina. A graduate of Carver High School and Homecoming Queen of her Senior Class, Christine married Samuel "Bubba" Graham and reared four children from this union. She loved her family dearly. She worked for years at Avon Dale, Kingstree Knit, and Ayers manufactories before receiving her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and working for nearly 20 years with the elderly community of Florence County. She adored the elderly and took great pride in providing excellent care to her patients and their families.

Reared in a godly home, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a member of St. John United Methodist Church. Christine served faithfully and always believed in supporting her church. An excellent cook, many were fortunate to partake in her sweet potato pies, coconut pies, pound cake, and her famous red velvet cake!

The following beloved family members preceded her in death: husband, Samuel "Bubba" Graham; parents, Amos "Jack" Wilson and Louise McMillan Green; sisters: Lucille Montgomery, Mary Wilson, Lillie Ruth Wilson, Elena McClam, and Viola Graham; and brothers: Willie Joe Wilson, John Wesley Wilson, and Walter Graham.

Loved ones left to cherish precious memories are two daughters: Rev. Meridith T. Graham of Lake City, SC and Deborah L. Smith of Fayetteville, NC; sons: Kenric (Danielle) Graham of Dallas, TX and Dwayne (Connie) Graham of Pawleys Island; one beloved sister: Blanche "Verlease" Wilson of Lake City, SC; six beloved grandchildren: Tyjha K. Graham, Kendra M. Smith, Justin Christopher Smith, Brandan Graham, Blake Graham, and Connor Graham; two great-grandchildren: Gaveyn K. Dean and Kellen C. Smith; and a beloved God-daughter: Sue Epps of Lake City, SC, a great support during her time of illness, along with a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives, and friends.
