Christine O'Connor

Christine O'Connor, age 60, of Lynn, died on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at North Shore Medical Center, Salem Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born in Lynn, in 1965, she was the oldest daughter of the late Kevin and Judith (DesRosier) O'Connor. She was raised in Lynn, attended the Burrill School and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1983. She later went on to study at Emmanuel College. Christine worked as a customer Service representative at Nynex in Lynn and later in Texas for over 25 years. She enjoyed gardening, waterskiing, family trips to Newfound Lake in New Hampshire and spending time with her beloved dogs.

Christine is survived by her loving siblings, Michael O'Connor, LFD, and his wife Susan and Kelly O'Connor, all of Lynn; her nieces, Abigail and Sadie O'Connor; her aunt and uncle Mary and Larry DiThomas and her many cousins and friends including her dear friends, Rose and Jim Nalesnik.

A Funeral will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 9:30a.m. from the SOLIMINE FUNERAL HOME, 426 Broadway (Rt. 129), Lynn, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Pius V Church, Lynn at 10:30a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be on Wednesday from 4-7p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Chritine's memory may be made to the Gregg Neighborhood House, 85 Exchange St., Suite 301, Lynn, MA 01901.
