PEMBERVILLE -- Christine "Dee Dee" Ann Sieving, age 72, of Pemberville, OH passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025 at the Toledo Hospital. She was born Christine Baczewski on July 4, 1952 in Toledo, OH to Metro and Rose Marie (Santavicca) Baczewski. Christine was a 1970 graduate of Rossford High School. She later married Thomas A. Sieving on April 20, 1979 at Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Rossford, OH. Christine and Tom raised 3 children, and celebrated nearly 46 years or marriage together.
In addition to being homemaker, taking care of her children, husband, and a household. Christine worked as a clerk for Modine Manufacturing in Pemberville for 19 years, and then for the Bowling Green Municipal Courts for another 10 years before she retired. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, especially to Florida as she loved the beach. Christine had many joys, but none of them compared to spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and attending their various events.
In addition to her husband Tom, Christine is survived by her children: Jacob (Nicole) Sieving of Pemberville, Andrew (Chelsea) Sieving of Toledo, and Angela (Mike) Francis of Pemberville. Grandchildren: Lucas, Nathan, Benjamin, Makena, Olivia, and Ethan. Sisters: Roseanne Tisdale of MI, Michelle Baczewski of Toledo, brother; John Baczewski of Rossford, sister-in-law; Cecilia Baczewski and father-in-law; Kenneth Sieving of Pemberville. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers: David, and Steve Baczewski.
Family and friends will be received 4-7 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2025 at the Marsh & Marsteller Funeral Home, 4094 State Route 105, Pemberville, OH.
