Mrs Christine Hall Tabb, age 95, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, August 30, 2025 at her residence in Patmos. Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM (Graveside) at Milford Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Preston Wilson officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, 2025 from 1 to 2 PM at Milford Baptist Church.
Mrs Christine was born May 20, 1930 to parents, Willie Sam and Mary Hall Sr. She and her husband the late Lester Tabb moved to Iveys Mill in Baker County, Georgia in 1954. She enjoyed with great pride her love for gardening, cooking and baking for her family, puzzling, crocheting and fishing in the Mill Pond. She loved the lord and her church, Milford Baptist Church..
She is survived by one son, Danny (Darlene) Tabb of Abbeville, AL., three daughters, Sandy (Donny) Hodges of Patmos, Lorraine (Jim) McClung of Albany and Faye (Steve) Pearson of Lake Park, Ga. Her grandchildren, David (Jody) Hodges, Ivy (Mark) Howard, Brad (Becca) Tabb, Lesta (Jordan Mitchell) McClung, Kristen (Taylor) Newsom, Matt (Morgan) Pearson and Beverly (Jeff) Flemming. Great Grandchildren, Taylor Howard, Katie Howard, Jaden Hodges, Sutton Tabb, MaKenzie Gyr, Macey Tabb, Jaxon Pearson, David Newsome, Miles Mitchell, Ryan Broome, Cole Strickland and Lane Strickland. She also has one sister, Gail Shaw of Newnam, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Tabb, one brother, Buddy Hall and two sisters, Myrtice Faircloth and Ann Moore.
The family would like to thank Aleathis Tennille and Gentiva hospice for their car and attention to our mother.
