Christine Sinnott Wampole

Christine Anne (Sinnott) Wampole, 66, a resident of Silverdale, PA, for the last 24 years, passed away early Thursday morning, October 16, 2025, at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. She and her husband, Edward Wampole, celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary on May 31st of this year.

Born December 5, 1958, in Cheltenham, PA, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas H. and Edith C. (Carson) Sinnott. She was a 1976 graduate of Souderton High School and earned her associate degree from Ferrum College.

Christine was employed as a secretary at Pennridge High School for over 20 years. She enjoyed birdwatching, reading, gardening, watching movies, and taking walks with her dog, Tess. She cherished time at the beach with her family and loved hosting friends and family in her home.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Jaime Wampole of Silverdale, PA, and Leanne Koch and her husband, Evan, of Souderton, PA. She is also survived by a brother, Nicholas Sinnott and his wife, Janet, of Quakertown, PA; a sister, Claudia Curcio and her husband, Anthony, of Green Lane, PA; and a brother-in-law, Rocco Imperatrice III, of Chadds Ford, PA. She was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Imperatrice.

The family will receive friends from 2:30-3:45 PM on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Williams-Bergey-Koffel Funeral Home, Inc., 667 Harleysville Pike, Telford, PA, where the public memorial service will begin at 4:00 PM.
