He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Winston and Margaret Allen; maternal grandfather Floyd "Fox" Pierce; and brother Jonah Carson Page. Great-grandmother Ruth Edwards
He is survived by his son, Maksim, and the mother of his child, Jackie Miranda; his mother and stepfather, Pamela and Eddie Page; father Teddy Allen; grandmother Patsy Pierce(Nana); siblings Ross(Connie) Page, Trev Page, Spencer Page, and Kami Page; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
He was a proud father, a Kentucky Wildcats fan, and a member of Westview Baptist Church.
A service to honor the life of Christopher Chad Allen will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 3 pm in the chapel of Shawn Chapman Funeral Home with pastor Eric Jenkins officiating. Interment will be in the Spring Place Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 pm to 3 pm.
