Christopher Bailey Obituary
Chris was a 1984 graduate of Michigan Center High School. Throughout his life, he was known for being a hardworking man who took pride in doing things with his hands. He loved to build, create, and fix, and he approached every task with care and skill.
Music was another of Chris' greatest gifts. An excellent and self-taught musician, he was both a talented drummer and guitar player. His passion for music went beyond performance as he even crafted his own guitars.
He is survived by his father, John (Loretta) Bailey, of Jonesville; his mother, Elaine McCravey, of Clark Lake; his brother, Brian M. Bailey of Michigan Center; his sister, Jill M. Bailey of Lansing; his niece, Sydney Bailey of Jackson; as well as numerous cousins.
Honoring Chris' wishes, cremation has taken place. His remains will be laid to rest during a graveside service in early summer of 2026.

Was sad to hear this news of Chris passing this week. He was a deer and long-time friend of my brother Tony Watkins. Got to know him personally and he was such a sweet man and talented musician. He was like a second father figure to my son's Erick and Justin Burgess of Jackson Michigan. I loved him dearly and he will be missed. RIP Bailey Prayers to family
