Christopher Nadir Blackshear

Christopher Nadir Blackshear was born on August 19, 1982, to the late Gloria J. Blackshear and Dennis Hart, in Fort Pierce, FL. He matriculated through the public schools of St. Lucie County and graduated from Port Saint Lucie High in 2001. He then furthered his education at Central Connecticut State University. Christopher worked as an entrepreneur and enjoyed basketball and football.

The book of life was closed for him on December 19, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gloria J. Blackshear and Dennis Hart; grandmothers, Dorothy M. Blackshear and Lucie Mae Jackson; grandfather, Bobby Simmons; siblings, Vertonia King and Darvion Blackshear; cousins, Jeff Blackshear, Bertina Harris, Aldoray Rounds; beloved friend, Ma'Cherie Rhyant.

Left to cherish his memories are his children: Christopher Blackshear, Jr., Paris Blackshear, Darvion Blackshear; siblings: Luciana Blackshear, Christie Gardenhigh, Ebony Arline (Michael), Denise Graham, Telly Blackshear, Kerry Blackshear (Lamilia), Anthony Gardenhigh, Dennis Kearse, Dennis Graham; aunts: Cecilia Richardson (Damon), Linda Leslie (Michael Sr.), Dorothy Blackshear, Diane Jackson, Joanne Kelly, Alisa Daniels, Sylvia Smith, Katrina Jackson; great aunt: Bertha Hart (Alfred); uncles: Stanley Blackshear (Joyce), Bernard Blackshear (Felecia), Leonard Hart, George Jackson, Richard Jackson, Tony Jackson; best friends: Shawn Forte, Lamont Davis, James Rock Robinson, Jr., Stachie Dickerson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowing friends who will miss him.
