Jaagaawewigaabaw, Christopher "Jaagaab" Andrew Boswell was born May 29, 1984, in Onamia, Minnesota. He grew up in the Mille Lacs area where he attended and graduated from Nay ah shing school. He loved being with his friends and family, especially his children and his aunt, Elise. Christopher enjoyed going to the casino with Jessica, riding with Leland to the metro, talking on the phone with Ricki, and hanging out with Keith. He liked to spend his time watching wrestling and playing video games. Christopher was always willing to help those in need. He will be greatly missed.
Jaagaawewigaabaw is survived by his significant other, Jessica Mitchell; We'ehs, Frances Davis, Alexandria" Babygirl" Bigbear, and Eli Lee Bigbear-White; children, Rileh Shomin, Christa-Elena Michelle Boswell, Carter Blu Boswell; brothers, Keith Boswell, Leland (Chantel) Richey Sr., Andrew (Rochelle) Olivarez, George Wah-wah-tay Goggleye; sisters, Ricki Boswell, Shannon Davis, Kirstie Davis, Megan Ballinger, Samantha Moran; aunts, Wanda Boswell, Marilyn Davis, Michelle Saice, Janice Saice, Elise Aune, Joni Boyd, Cheryl "Puddles" Boswell; uncles, Roger Boswell Jr., Michael Davis, Vincent Merrill, Louis Davis, Richard Davis; and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Kateri Boswell; wife, Elaine Silva; brother, Shane Boyd; grandmother, Frances Davis; grandfather, Roger Boswell Sr.; uncles, Cheyenne, Ricky, and Bobby; aunts, Louise, Leslie, and Winifred; nephews, Cheyenne Jr. and Adonis; cousins, Brandon and Winston; and many other relatives.
