Christopher "David" Brown, age 52, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Optim Medical Center in Reidsville. He was born in Toombs County on July 11, 1972, and had lived in Vidalia and Reidsville most of his life. David was in the construction industry for several years before he had to retire due to health reasons. He enjoyed fishing and playing putt putt with his grandchildren. He was of the Baptist faith and is preceded in death by his mother, Sheila McCoy and his maternal grandmother, Jeanette Lynn.
David is survived by his wife of 15 years, Annette Cobb of Reidsville; stepchildren, Emily Ann Clark of Lyons and Christopher Ryan Bearden of New Branch; brother and sister-in-law, James Wright and Marisa Kirkland of Reidsville; stepsister, Lisa Kirkland of Lyons; grandchildren, Avery Colton Johnson, Alazaha Rose Mann and Clay Bearden; several aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends beginning at 4:00pm on Monday, January 20, 2025, with the funeral services to follow at 5:00pm with Ellis Joiner officiating.
Low Country Cremation and Burial has the honor to serve the Brown family.
