He leaves behind his parents, his brother Charlie Casby, Jr. and Amanda Hulse, his son Jacob Casby and Bailey Crowe, his daughters Sarah Casby and Kathryn Casby, and girlfriend Staci Kommes.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
