Christopher Lee Gawronski, age 41, passed away unexpectedly in Las Vegas, NV on March 23, 2018. Chris loved his family and friends and will always be remembered for his kindness and a huge smile with dimples that you had to love. Chris loved gaming and all things sci-fi and could always be found wearing his favorite themed t-shirts. He was a wonderful son, brother, father, partner, nephew, cousin and friend. He will be greatly missed by all the people who loved him. Survived by his son Zachary Gawronski; the love of his life Garren Beltran (Joe, Amanda, Eddie, Jimmie); his parents Bruce (Rosalie) Gawronski and Gail Arnold; brothers and sisters Matthew (Jackie) Gawronski, Johnathan Gawronski, Vince (Jaime) Vitale, Annmarie Earehart, and Cristine Vitale; all his aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded in death by his grandparents Leo Gawronski, and Harriett Gawronski-Randall and Dale and Barbara Arnold. Chris will rest eternally with his grandparents Harriet and Leo in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, in the city he loved; Detroit.

Back when I was working with Chris, I was new to NVE. He was pretty helpful in helping me learn the processes and standards at a time when everything was still overwhelming. It was thru helping me that I learned his interest in games and comics and we'd spend a lot of time 'geeking out' over all that stuff.

Wish I would've had gotten the chance to get to know you better, Chris. Rest well my friend...
