Christopher Hollifield Obituary
Chris worked in construction for many years.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andy and Martha Hegwood and William N. Reed; and his brother, Kraig Reed.
Survivors include his parents, Connie Faye Reed and Allen Reed of Chatsworth; former spouse of 10 years, Crystal Hollifield; step-children, Dakota Hollifield, Cloey Hollifield, and Gracie Hollifield; brothers, Danny Hollifield, Jr. of Chatsworth, Travis Reed of Chatsworth, and Christopher Hollifield of Ringgold, GA; sisters, Ashley Reed Mason of Chatsworth, Brianna Reed of Chatsworth, and Deanna Hollifield of Chatsworth; extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Christopher "Chris" Lee Hollifield will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Morrison officiating. Interment will follow in Cochran Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, February 2, 2026, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Christopher "Chris" Lee Hollifield.
