I feel beyond fortunate to have known Chris, even though the time was far to limited. The annual New Year's parties and our occasional gatherings for dinner were a celebration of our mutual passion for great food, prepared well and for the joy of sharing a new wine, scotch, whiskey. The smile when he described the enjoyment of a steak dinner while visiting his native Spain is one that I will never forget. Rest easy my friend...

From a blonde (like Chris in his younger days) I so remember him diving into the pool at Marazul! I am Alf's younger sister and feel such pain to have a cousin go so young. I know he is in Paradise with Alf and Betty. Cousin Suzanne

Our deepest sympathies. We're shocked and saddened to hear of Chris' passing. We have fond childhood memories of Chris and all the Johnsen cousins.
