Christopher D. Lashbrook, 61, of Albion, passed away unexpectedly in his home on January 15, 2025.
He was born on May 18, 1964, in Trout Run, PA to Patricia and Lynn F Pike and later adopted by Willard and Lenore Lashbrook. Chris graduated from Seneca Falls High School, Class of 1983.
Chris had a helping soul, dedicating 25 years of his life to being a Volunteer Firefighter for the Magee, Interlaken, and most recently, the Romulus Volunteer Fire Departments. He also was a member of the Red Cross where he lent his support at ground zero after the attacks on September 11th. Chris was an avid Yankees and New York Giants Fan. He would also support the Buffalo Bills.
Chris was blessed to be reunited with his biological family in 1996/1997 and they had a meaningful loving relationship together, as well as, having a supportive loving adoptive family.
He was predeceased by his adoptive parents, Willard and Lenore Lashbrook and biological mother Patrcia Rote (Pike).
Chris is survived by his adoptive siblings, Jean Lashbrook Gilroy, Lynn Lashbrook Cacciotti, Leeann Lashbrook-Gleason and James Lashbrook, as well as biological siblings, Philip Lovelace, Chuck Cleveland, Debbie Smith, and Patti Smith. He had many nieces and nephews throughout both families that loved him dearly.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring at the convenience of the families.
