Christopher Jason Lindsey was born on June 10, 1974 in Binghamton, NY to
Sandra Lindsey and Robert Lindsey. He and his brother Bryan and his sister Karen
grew up together in Port Crane, NY and attended Harpursville High School. As
kids, they spent most of their time outside riding bicycles, motorcycles and going
on adventures with each other and friends.
Chris married Keira Youman on June 3, 2000, and they moved to Plymouth, MA.
Their daughter Kathryn Zanita was born in 2006, daughter Leah Rose was born in
2007, and daughter Nora Anne was born in 2010. Chris and Keira became foster
parents in 2015, and they welcomed their 4th daughter, Grace Vivian, through
adoption in 2017. He was a wonderful uncle to his niece Ella Clare, and nephews
Samuel Christopher and Benjamin Robert.
Chris worked for 19 years as a courier for Federal Express, and he enjoyed
connecting with people when he went to their homes or businesses. After leaving
FedEx, Chris worked as a retail installation specialist for 3443 Installations, Inc,
with his best friend Dave Sivertsen. He traveled all over the country building retail
fixtures and working with graphics, and he was extremely proud of the work he
did.
Chris enjoyed all outdoor activities, including fishing, skiing, hiking, camping and
golfing. He loved spending time with his family and friends, having bonfires on the
beach, and fishing from his kayak. He had a huge heart, and was the first person to
volunteer to cut a neighbor's tree down after a storm, fix a friend's flat tire, or build
a treehouse for his daughters. Chris will be sorely missed.
Visitation with the Lindsey family will be held on Sunday, April 30, 2023 from 2:00PM - 4:00PM at the Cartmell - Davis Funeral Home, 619 State Road, Plymouth (Manomet)
