Dear God, You gave us your son Jesus who carried his burden so we all may have Eternal Light. We give you our son Christopher whose burden brings him to Your Eternal Light. Please embrace him in Your Love until we are blessed to embrace him again. As You know, Christopher is incredibly funny, super smart, hard-working, honest, kind, gentle and loving. We are blessed to be his family for 21 years. Chris's life has brought us pure joy.
Father, please give us strength, parents Frank Piraino and Toni Pilotti, sister Veronica Piraino, Grandfather (f) Peter Piraino, Grandmother (m) Pauline Abela, Uncle and Aunt Sam and Shari Piraino (Phillips), Uncle and Aunt Anthony and Julia Piraino (Aceti), Uncle and Aunt John and Vicki Pilotti (Jackson), Uncle Mike Pilotti and Aunt Denise Foucard, Aunt Francis Pilotti, Aunt Shelly Dodge, Aunt Melanie Piraino, cousins: Nathan Piraino, Emily Piraino and Dave O'Hara, Stacey Piraino, Adam Piraino, Natalie (Piraino) and Lee Gamble, Sawyer (Newman) and Eric Pomber, Kailee Pilotti and Erik Siegler, Brenna Pilotti, Jenna Focard, Amber Pilotti Riley, Aaron Pilotti Riley, Courtney Dodge, Taylor Phillips.
Christopher's Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at 2:00pm (Family and Friends Gathering from 1:00pm to 6:00pm) at Borek Jennings Funeral Home in Hamburg, Michigan. Pastor Liz Hoban will serve as Celebrant. Memorial Contributions can be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention of Michigan and Livingston County Humane Society. Dear Toni, Frank, and Ronni,
We were so saddened to hear about Christopher. Although we haven´t been together for a few years, we fondly remember our summer afternoons with Chris at camp - hanging on (and falling off) the tube, learning to kayak with him, and sitting around the campfire. We will hold these memories of our time with Christopher close to our hearts and remember him for his gentle demeanour, warm smile, and adventurous spirit. We will think of him whenever we are kayaking on Grassy Bay. Sending you all love and hugs at this time; you are in our thoughts and prayers.
