Christopher Reith Obituary
LATHAM - Christopher Daniel Reith, 25, was tragically taken from us on September 15, 2025. Chris was born to his parents, Mark Christopher Reith and Lorraine Meloro Reith, on August 2, 2000.
Chris grew up in Latham, graduated from Shaker High School in 2018. After high school, he went to Modern Welding School in Schenectady once he graduated, he worked as a welder and started his own 3-D printing business.
Chris is survived by his father and stepmother, Mark Reith and Kate Fahey; his mother and stepfather, Lorraine Meloro Reith and Richard Edwards; his brother and sister-in-law, Michael Reith and Coral; his stepbrother, Ryan Cummings; his paternal grandfather, Lawrence Meloro; his uncles, Brian, Ricky, Nick and John; his aunts, Deborah, Deonah and Lisa; and most of all, his beloved Caster, and so many more other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Lorraine Molaro; and his paternal grandparents, Harry and Joanne Reith.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, September 24, from 2 to 5:30 p.m., at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, N.Y. A Celebration of Life will begin at 5:30 p.m. All are welcome to attend. Following the Celebration of Life, a dinner at 6:30 p.m., at the Hilton Garden Inn, 30 Clifton Country Rd., Clifton Park, N.Y. 12065. All are welcome to come, even if they are not able to make the service.
At the request of the family, donations can be made to Electric City Water Ski Show Team, P.O. Box 2359, Scotia, N.Y. 12302.
