AIKEN, SC - Christopher Gerald "Chris" Seymour, 56, passed away Friday, August 22, 2025
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service. A private interment will be held at St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Born in Elmira, NY, Chris was the son of the late Patricia and Gerald Seymour. He graduated from Wayne Hills High School in 1987. Chris worked for many years with Tri-Development Center of Aiken County and will be remembered as an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived by his stepfather, Vincent Eugene Maglio; aunts, Dawn Johnston, Paula Peterson; an uncle, Duane Watkins and cousins, Colleen Holle, Larraine Kurack and Brian Maglio.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Chris's name may be directed to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 600 Main St. S., New Ellenton, SC 29809.
