Christopher S. Voyles, age 60 of Salem, passed away Friday, December 12 at Baptist Health Floyd. Christopher was born June 17, 1965, in Salem, Indiana, the son of Jim and June Lyles Voyles. He was a General Contractor and served in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician on a submarine. He is survived by two sons: Ryan Voyles of Scottsburg and Riley Voyles of Salem, his mother: June Voyles of Salem, two brothers: Michael Voyles (Courtney) of Pekin and Matthew Voyles (Adriane) of Columbus, Indiana, and 19 nieces and nephews: Tanner Voyles (Cheyenne), Gavin Voyles, Reese Voyles, Marshall Voyles, Jonas Voyles, Luke Voyles, Lincoln Voyles, Evie Voyles, Elsie Voyles, Josie Voyles, Annalea Voyles, Novi Voyles, Aurora Voyles, Eliana Voyles, Azalia Voyles, Jed Voyles, Ellias Voyles, Joseph Voyles and Bonita Voyles. He was preceded in death by his father: Jim Voyles and a brother: Tim Voyles. Cremation was chosen, per his request and there will be no services.
