Christopher J. Walker, 53 years old, born on March 6, 1968 unexpectedly passed away on December 12, 2021. Born in Newark, he grew up in Union before settling in Bayville. Chris started his career as a carpenter for Union 715 of Cranford. He advanced in his career to the position of Project Manager for PRP services in Jackson where he worked for many years. Chris was a devoted husband and an amazing father. Family was always Chris's first priority. He was also an avid sports fan especially of the New York Yankees.
He is survived by his loving wife Susan (nee Riccitelli) of 26 years and his two children; Anthony and Danielle. His parents, Joan Walker of Toms River and Jack Walker of New Providence. Brother Greg Walker and his wife Terri of Old Bridge and sister Colleen Dwyer and her husband Matt of Ojai CA. Mother and father in-law Rich and Peg Riccitelli, In-laws Joe and Camile Riccitelli of Verona, Vincent Riccitelli of Haddonfield and David and Maria Riccitelli of Wall Township. Chris also leaves behind his many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Services for Christopher will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 4-8 pm at Mastapeter Memorial Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville NJ. There will be a funeral mass on Friday, December 17 at 11 am at St. Barnabas Church, 33 Woodland Rd, Bayville NJ. Interment will follow at St. Joseph's cemetery.
