Chris was a member of Fairy Valley Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Jane Watson.
Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Justin and Jada Watson of Dalton, GA and Tanner Watson of Anniston, AL; daughter, Kelsey Watson of Chatsworth; father, RC Watson of Crandall, GA; sister, Michelle Combe of Crandall, GA; grandchildren, Jayden Watson, Jazlynn Watson, Waylon Williams, and Annaleigh Williams; niece and nephews, Chase Combe, Sydney Combe, and Landon Combe; extended family also survives.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mr. Christopher "Chris" David Watson will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Crafton Dover officiating. Interment will follow at Fairy Valley Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 12, 2025 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
Peeples Funeral Home & Crematory of Chatsworth has been entrusted with the arrangements for Mr. Christopher "Chris" David Watson.
