Mr. Christopher M. Wright of Pinckneyville, IL, departed this life at Washington County Hospital Emergency Room in Nashville, IL on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at 2:10 A.M. He had attained the age of 49 years, 7 months and 8 days.

Mr. Wright was born on May 17, 1976, in Nashville, IL, the son of Michael Wright and Charlotte Guinzy. He was united in marriage to Andrea Pasquino on February 14, 2004, at St. Bruno's Catholic Church in Pinckneyville, IL and she survives his passing.

Christopher worked for the United States Postal Service for many years ending his career as the postmaster in Germantown, IL. He also owned and operated the Phoenix Graphix in Coulterville, IL and was a member at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Todds Mill, IL. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Eagles of Carbondale, Eagle Riders, A.P.A Pool League and he was a former member and president of the Pinckneyville Junior Baseball Softball League. Christopher enjoyed shooting pool, being outdoors, hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife Andrea Wright of Pinckneyville; son, Christopher "Deuce" Wright, II of Pinckneyville; father, Michael Wright and wife Joann of Festus, MO; mother, Charlotte Guinzy Dancy of Ashley; 3 "bonus" children, Emma Baker, Jordan Ehler and Josh Hough; sister, Melissa (Craig) Harmon of Enterprise, AL; nieces and nephews, Gavynn and Brenynn Harmon and Hayley and Brennan Pasquino; father-in-law, John (Terri) Pasquino of Cobden, IL; mother-in-law, Alecia (Mike) Hovey of Fenton, MO; brother-in-law, Anthony (Stefanie) Pasquino of Herrin, IL; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frances and Leo Wright and Rosemary and Victor Guinzy; stepfather, Andre Dancy and godfather, Theodore Guinzy.
