Chris volunteered in my elementary classroom for several years accompanied by Zena. We had talks about the state of education during recess breaks. He gifted me with one of the angels he crafted. I will miss him.

Chris was introduced to me through stories his mom told me
when I had the pleasure of visiting Chris's parents occasionally.
It is unfortunate that a wonderful person like Chris had to depart so soon from his family and friends.
My prayers are with the family.

A beautiful Fall weekend in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, followed by the movie "Cabaret" and Dinner out--the big event was ordering Escargot! Some teenager!

Although I had only met Chris a few times and did not know him well, I knew him through his family's kind words. He inspired many with his talents, gifts, love of the arts and inspiration. My deepest sympathy goes out to the Zarbetski Family and hope they will find strength in one another.
