Chuck Crouch, age 54, of Manchester, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 8, 2025, at 3:15 a.m. at Unity Medical Center in Manchester. Chuck, whose birth name was Jesse Charles Crouch, was born on April 3, 1971, in Manchester, TN. He was a devoted employee of the local Water Department, but his true passion was his work, often being a self-proclaimed "workaholic." What truly made him happy was collecting cars and mowers. Chuck found immense joy in the simple things: spending time with his family, especially his beloved grandchildren, whom he loved deeply. He was fascinated with old cars and vehicles, which he enjoyed collecting and taking for rides on backroads in his spare time. He also loved attending tractor pulls to admire the unique builds on the farm equipment. Chuck is preceded in death by his loving parents, Charles Crouch and Kathy Posten. He was lovingly raised by Donald and Jovella Rackley, who took him in as their own son. Chuck is survived by his devoted wife of 10 years, Kendra Crouch, and his children: Lacey (Colby) Hooie, Shelby (Austin) Crouch, and Kyrah Giles. He leaves behind his precious grandchildren: Harlow Hooie, Sloane Hooie, and Paisley Rayman. He is also survived by his brothers, Calvin (Koreena) Crouch and Jehu (Lauren) Crouch, and his sisters, Karrie Duke, Misty Bennett, Sherra Rackley, and Melisha Barrett.
A Memorial Service will be held for Chuck on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 4:00 PM at Summitville Baptist Church in Summitville, TN. Flowers and memorial donations may be sent to his wife, Kendra Crouch, or to the church at Summitville Baptist Church, 1904 Summitville Rd, Manchester, TN 37355. Online condolences can be made at www.manchesterfuneralhome.com. Funeral arrangements were trusted to Manchester Funeral Home, 786 McMinnville Hwy Manchester, TN 37355, (931) 728-3505.
