Chuck Shearin

Charles Leslie "Chuck" Shearin, 67, passed away on January 12, 2026 as a result of an accident. Chuck was born on February 25, 1958 to the late Bobby Bruce and Shirley Griffin Shearin. In addition to his parents, Chuck was preceded in death by a brother Alton Shearin.
Chuck is survived by his children, Jamie Shearin (Renee), Stacy Kyle Shearin (Sarah), and Haley S. Dudding (Dalton); his stepsons, Dean Bobbitt and Kyle Bobbitt; his grandchildren, Michaela Moore (Cullen), Justin Shearin, Jacey Shearin, Everly Shearin, Weston Shearin, Stafford Shearin, Haddon Shearin, Rhyne Bobbitt, Harold Bobbitt, Sophia Bobbitt, Kyleigh Bobbitt, and Thaddeus Bobbitt; his 5 great-grandchildren, Colson, Calum, Cate, Carsie, and Cassie; and his siblings, Barry Shearin (Helen), Debbie Carter, Mark "P-Nut" Shearin (Dawn), Ken Shearin and Amy Leonard (Jr.)
Chuck was a hard worker, spending most of his life laying carpet and tile before "retiring" to truck driving. He loved his children and was very proud of all of them. He was a very giving person, willing to help anyone. Chuck loved a great deal, and he never threw something away that he might think there was a use for.
Friends and family will be received from 5:00-5:45 pm on Friday, January, 16, 2026 at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549; where a memorial service will be held at 6:00pm in the chapel.
