Chue Lay Lao

Chue Lay Lao 66, Wausau, died Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at his home. He was born January 2, 1945 in Laos, son of the late Xai Lao and Ma Cha. Chue enjoyed weaving baskets, gardening and fishing. Survivors include six children, Martha Lao and Mali Lao, both of Wausau, Lue Lao, Milwaukee, Chue (Naly) Lao, Wausau, Bee (Kelly) Lao, North Carolina and Thia (Lee Yang) Lao, San Francisco, Cal.; many grandchildren; one sister, Sia Lao Cha, Fresno, Cal.; and one brother, Xay Khue (Yeng Cha) Lao, Germany. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, May Vang Lao; and one son, Blong Lao. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2011 and again on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 3400 Stewart Avenue, Wausau.
