Cindy Baer

Cynthia Deola Baer, age 67 of Chapman, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, at her residence surrounded by family.

She was born on August 10, 1957, in Council Grove, the daughter of Dwayne Joseph and Donna Darling (Howell) Bolek.

On April 1, 2000, at Rock Springs Ranch, she married Karl Wayne Baer. He survives of the home.

Cindy loved her kids and would do anything for them. She enjoyed nature, taking walks and watching the birds. Gardening, flowers, and cooking were other joys in her life.

In addition to her husband Karl Baer, she is survived by her children, Anthony Allison and Michelle of Riley, Amelia Schwab and Raymond of Divide, Colorado, and Amanda Allison of Manhattan; her siblings, Dwayne “Abe” Bolek, Jr. and Linda of Riley, Angie Hageman and Jerry of Manhattan, and Alice Webb of Riley; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Lola Bolek Tucker; two nephews, Billy Webb and Michael Webb, and her best friend, Deena Wege.

A private family graveside service will be held at the Humboldt Creek Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Larson officiating. Pallbearers are Corbin Allison, Kyle Jordan, Tyeler Allison, Deven Backman, Caleb Schwab, Avraham Schwab, Asher Schwab, Cailyn Allison, Elianah Schwab.

A memorial may be made to the Cindy Baer Memorial Fund, to be determined at a later date. Contributions may be left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home.
