Cindy Blake Obituary
Cindy was born in Shelbyville, Tennessee August 19, 1961 to Marvin Tucker and Jo Key Tucker.
Cindy enjoyed crocheting, listening to music and traveling. She will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Becky Jo Potts, Rudy Jean Potts and Alton Tucker.
Cindy is survived by her son, Caleb Blake (wife Yayoi) of Delta Junction, Alaska, her daughter Amber Boothe (husband DJ) of Benton, Louisiana and her three loving grandchildren Andrew Boothe, Naomi Boothe and Ash Blake. She is also survived by her special friend Dan Adams, her siblings Susan Nash of Estill Springs, Tennessee, David Potts of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Richard Potts of Winchester, Tennessee and the father of her children, Steve Blake also of Delta Junction, Alaska.
The Family would like to thank all of the medical professionals who provided care to Cindy as well as Dan Adams for his love and compassion.
