Cindy Crouch Obituary

Cindy Lou Acheson Crouch, 66, of McDonald, Mt. Pleasant Township, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025 in her home. Cindy was born on December 7, 1958 in Canonsburg, a daughter of the late Samuel and Jean Jones Acheson. Mrs. Crouch had a heart of gold and loved caring for others. Cindy worked as a registered nurse for Premier Washington. She truly loved what she did and was proud to be a nurse. Outside of nursing, Cindy loved being at home with her husband Ron. The two have spent over half of their lives together and recently just celebrated 10 years married. Ron was Cindys best friend, confidant and travel buddy. They loved taking their camper on trips to Ohio and all over PA. Although this was not your traditional camping, Cindy liked to go "glamping", with her lavish camper. When back home, Cindy enjoyed crocheting and baking in her kitchen. She was infamously known for her pumpkin rolls. Pumpkins may be the only thing Cindy did not grow in her garden. She had a talented green thumb, constantly tending to her vegetable and flower gardens. Family was truly of the utmost importance to Cindy she was a blessed wife, mother, mimi and sister. She loved spending time with her family and creating new memories, that will now last them a lifetime. Surviving is her loving husband, Ronald Crouch; son, Timothy (Tashauna Guyer) Parks; stepchildren, Jeremy (Monica) Crouch and Jennifer Hadley; grandchildren, Lillyanna Guyer, Holli-Ann and Samantha Grace Parks; step-granddaughter, Aurora Hadley; siblings, Scott Acheson, Judy (late Edward) Gromacki and Becky (Daniel) Travaglini; sister-in-law, Kathy Darragh; nieces, Jennifer (John) Hasbrook and Julia Ann Travaglini; and nephews, Edward (Daniel Haynes) Gromacki and Scott Acheson Jr. Along with her parents Cindy is preceded in death by her children, Holly Marie Parks and Samuel Parks; brother, Brian Acheson; parents-in-law, Nelson Edward Crouch and JonAnnStopford Crouch; siblings-in-law, Toni Presslitz, Jackie Struble and Nelson Crouch. Friends and family will be received on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Thomas-Little Funeral Service, Inc., 314 W. Lincoln Ave., McDonald 724-926-2800. Earlier today

I went to school with Cindy, Becky and Brian. I used to go to their house and the Sauts for a time. Nice family. My deepest sympathy to the family.
