Cindy Leddon

Cindy Leddon, 58, of Green Bay, WI, passed away on November 13, 2025. She was born on June 26, 1967, to Roy and Nancy Felton.

After graduating high school, Cindy proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1985 to 1989. She carried the discipline, strength, and sense of pride from her service throughout the rest of her life.

Cindy had a quiet, gentle way about her and found joy in simple comforts. She loved reading, especially Stephen King novels, watching the weather (particularly storms), and spending peaceful days at home watching her favorite TV shows, including The One Percent Club. She enjoyed bonfires, being outdoors, and connecting with nature and wildlife. Cindy also had a lifelong love for unicorns, her favorite animal.

During her years living in the South, she enjoyed trips to Daytona to watch NASCAR races. She was also an avid Green Bay Packers fan and rarely missed a game.

Cindy is survived by her child, Shelley Leddon; mother, Nancy Felton; sisters Connie (Larry) Bretl of New London, Carla Felton of Green Bay, and Chris Felton of Florida; best friends Lisa Abhold, Susan Besson, and Diane Neeve; and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Felton, and dear friend Wendy Sporleder.

Cindy will be remembered for her kind heart, her love of nature, and the quiet strength she carried throughout her life.

Family will be planning a celebration of life on a future date. Pfotenhauer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services East is assisting the family.
