Obituary published on Legacy.com by Appleyard's Home for Funerals from Oct. 13 to Oct. 14, 2025.
Cindy Lou Cutsforth age 67, of Rice Lake, WI, died Saturday, October 11, 2025 in Rice Lake with her husband of 40 years by her side. She was born on October 14, 1957 in Barron, WI to Glen and Loretta (Isaacson) Severson. Cindy graduated from Chetek High School 1976 and worked for Amsco in Rice Lake for over 25 years. She was married to Joe Cutsforth on April 15, 1998 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Cindy was an energetic, loving, and a wonderful family woman. She loved family time and always looked forward to visits from loved ones. Summer and the sun were her favorite by going on the boat, going out to the beach or swimming in her pool. Holiday magic was a part of Cindy and she would celebrate every chance she could. Cindy had a strong love for animals by saving many cats and giving lots of kitties a new home. Cindy will be missed very much by her loved ones. She is survived by her husband, Joe Cutsforth; her favorite "animal kids", Ohmar and Sissy; a daughter, Angie Wiesner; 3 granddaughters, Taylor Wiesner (Brady), Abbie Wiesner and Elli Wiesner; 4 great grandchildren, Aubree, Maddox, Ryker and King Wiesner; 5 sisters, Julie (Jerry) Clennon, Mary (Mike) McCurdy, Laurie (Darwin) Lien, April Severson (Mike) and Jenna Severson; 2 brothers, Mike (Rachel) Severson and Tommy Stewart (Tammi); 3 sisters-in-law, Janet (Rick) Vandenberg, Karen (Richard) Olson and Laura Cutsforth (Zean); many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Loretta Severson; her father and mother-in-law, Lyle Cutsforth and Alice Cutsforth; 2 sisters, Laurie McAlpine and Robin Severson; a brother-in-law, Steve Cutsforth; and many loving pets. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, WI is assisting and serving the family with the arrangements.
