Cindy was in QC when I worked with her. She was always so down to earth easy to talk to and she usually explained the issues in terms that were understandable. Cindy and her family were always welcome at our place for the fireworks on the lake. She would get chilled when it was 70 degrees. Cindy will be free from chains that held her down. She will not be struggling but dancing in the warm sunshine. Hugs and prayers of guidance for her family. Ron AND Rita Emrich
