Cindy Pa Xiong, age 39 of Dardanelle, passed after a life long illness on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Baptist Health Medical Center-Conway. She was born on August 26, 1985 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Chue Thai Xiong and Joua (Yang) Xiong, the oldest of eleven. Cindy graduated from Dardanelle High School in 2004. She followed her father faithfully at Hmong Calvary Baptist Mission and Waldron Hmong Baptist Mission. Cindy enjoyed being among the children in the nursery and children's church. Cindy actively participated in many church activities and events. Her favorite was attending Standing Stones youth summer camp. Cindy had many hobbies including cooking, knitting, lifestyle, and skin care. Cindy was a consistently reliable individual, always following through on family commitments and exceeding personal expectations. She was incredibly resourceful, always well-prepared for any situation, anticipating the needs of others. Cindy was preceded in death by her sister Maynhia Xiong. Survivors include her parents, Chue Thai Xiong, Joua (Yang) Xiong; her brothers, Leng Xiong (Nini), Pom Xiong, Tou Timley Xiong, Mark Xiong, Teng Xiong; her sisters, Patty Thao (Johnny), Pachy Xiong (Shoua), Mai Kou Haney (Jared), Maxie Xiong (Davis), Jer Teresa Xiong; and her many nieces and nephews with one on the way. Visitations will be held at 12:00 pm, Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Cornwell Funeral Chapel in Dardanelle. Funeral services will follow after the visitation at 2:00 pm officiated by local HBNA pastors. Burial will be in Brearley Cemetery in Dardanelle. There will be a meal after the burial at Cindy's home. Pallbearers will be Leng Xiong, Pom Xiong, Tou Timley Xiong, Mark Xiong, Johnny Thao, Shoua Vang, Jared Haney, and Davis Vang. Arrangements by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
