Clair William Trost Jr., 62, of Pittsburgh, passed away Saturday, December 27, 2025. Born in Pittsburgh on September 19, 1963, he was the son of the late Donna (Spencer) Trost and Clair W. Trost Sr. who survives and resides in Monongahela.
Clair was a registered nurse at UPMC Western Psychiatric.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Alexis Trost of Monongahela; son, Darrick Trost of Monongahela; grandson, Jackson Trost; sister, Debra (Chad) Williams of Monessen; aunts, Sue Spencer and Karen Wheatley; special; friend, Elli Joannidouas; well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 10 AM to 12 PM in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc., 580 Circle Drive, Rostraver Township (724-929-7934) https://www.jamesstumpfuneralhome.com where a Funeral Service will be held following visitation at 12 Noon with Pastor Sandy Fitzgibbons officiating. Entombment will follow in Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Mount Lebanon.
