Clara B. Day (Stevenson) "Mom", "Nan", "Gran" was born on August 31 1938 to George and Mildred Stevenson (Brown) and went to her heavenly home to meet her savior and reunite with her loving husband Paul L. "Poppy" Day, on October 18 2022 at 84 years of age. Clara was married to Paul L. Day on July 23 1955 and to this union 5 children were born.
She is preceded in death by her husband Paul, her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters-in-love, one son in law and 2 grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Sandy Fitzgerald, Jenny Brawley and her husband Bill whom she resided with part-time, Randy Day (Kim) Steve Day (Tracy), Missy Meese and her Husband John whom she resided with also; Randall Day and his wife Sondra and Charish Day; one brother, Jim Stevenson; one sister, Maxine Elliott; and one sister-in-law, Norma Stevenson.
Her Grandchildren, Jody Thomason and his wife Erin, Wendy Thomason, Ryan Day, Sami Day, Tramond Day (Heather), Jandale Brooks (Brandon) Jerison Day Dalton Meese and Daylee Meese, Lindsey Montgomery, Ryder Day, Leilani Dunaway, Carlissa Jones and Xceria Jones.
Her Great-grandchildren, Kyndal Thomason, Kalani Thomason, Olivia Henderson, Ozzie Thomason and 13 more.
Clara also had a special relationship with her Great-Great grandson Dayten Wiggs who called her Nan-Nan.
She had a very special place in her heart for Charlie Meese whom she liked to tease Missy and Jenny by saying he was her favorite.
Clara was loved and also leaves a host of nieces, nephews and many, many friends who loved and adored her.
Clara was of the Pentecostal Faith and served her savior the majority of her life, Clara was a member of the Winona Assembly Of God Church.
As in life Clara didn't have much monetary gifts to give but gave herself and her love to everyone that knew her and in death did the same by being a Transplant donor.
Clara was a wonderful wife, mother, nan and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her
