He was born at Waimea Hospital and raised in Kalaheo on the island of Kauai.
He was a retiree of Hawaiian Electric Company with 25 years of service.
Clarence passed away in his sleep at home after a challenging and difficult journey with Lewy Body Dementia.
Loved and missed by his wife Charmaine, his sons Adam (Marcie) and Corey (Cheryl) and his grandchildren Vincent, Drake, Kayli, Violet, Kace, Zoe, Grayson and great grandchild Anastasia. The family will gather privately to scatter Clarence's ashes at a later date.
