Clarice Allen Lott, 84, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, September 20, 2025, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Gary Mimbs, and the Rev. Blane Jacobs officiating. Pat Gann will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow at 3 PM, in the Enon Baptist Church Cemetery, in Pavo, Georgia. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral services at the funeral home in Fitzgerald. Honorary pallbearers will be the Sportsman's Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Lott was born July 23, 1941, in Pavo, Georgia, to the late Rev. Lawton Tullis & Myrtis Kennedy Allen. Mrs. Lott loved fishing, painting, and playing the piano. She was an avid gardener, and loved people. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Fitzgerald, and a former member of the Fitzgerald Jr. Woman's Club, and the Pilot Club.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Jerry Lott of Fitzgerald; her 3 children: Denise Romanowski & Scott of Thomasville, Randy Lott & Candie of Hahira, and Susan Ayres & John of Monroeville, Alabama; 6 grandchildren: Jason Bradley, Bethany Lacey & J, Faith Ayres, Cason Lott, Jim Ayres and Catherine Anne Ayres; 3 great grandchildren: Hayes Bradley, Mary Claire Lacey and Jake Lacey; 2 siblings: Patricia Gann and Tullis Allen; her aunt, Deweece Blair; several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her best friend, Linda Foster.
Paulk Funeral Home, Fitzgerald, is in charge of arrangements.
