Clarice "Louise" Phillips, 74, of Macomb, Oklahoma, gained her heavenly reward Friday, August 29, 2025, in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

Louise was born in Wellington, Texas, January 10, 1951, to Durwood and Juanita Royal.

She was a graduate of Vega High School. She resided in Texas and Oklahoma. With her final home being in Macomb Oklahoma.

Louise married Douglas, the love of her life September 3, 2005, in Elk City, Oklahoma.

She made a career serving others in the restaurant industry. She managed Sambo's in Pampa Texas until it closed in 1980. She worked at several restaurants until she retired from the Country Dove in Elk city in 2016.

Louise loved shopping, antiquing, and traveling the world. She enjoyed dancing and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved the Texas Longhorns. Louise believed in being a grandmother before everything else. She loved and believed in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Easley; brother, Jackie Ledbetter.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband Douglas Phillips, Macomb, Oklahoma; daughter, Danita and Todd James, Macomb, Oklahoma, Brandi and David Owens, Chandler, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Randall and Bailey James, Daniel James, Macomb, Oklahoma. Kelsie Siqueiros and Manuel Siqueiros, Macomb, Oklahoma, Jake and Jamey Schultz, Ormond Beach, Florida; sisters, Carol and Ronnie Cross, Mannford, Oklahoma, Darla Smith, Amarillo, Texas, Lana Graham, Amarillo, Texas and brother, David Stump, Amarillo, Texas; 13, great grandchildren; other extended family and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2025 continuing thru service time. Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday September 5, at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel in Tecumseh Oklahoma with Alfonso Almanza officiating. Burial will follow at Tribbey Cemetery, Tribbey Oklahoma under the direction of Cooper Funeral Home of Tecumseh.
