Clarke D. Foco, 77, passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025, in Lansing, MI. He was born on December 25, 1947 in Pinconning, Michigan to the late Raymond Sr and Clara (Barginski) Foco. Clarke graduated from Pinconning High School in 1966, and from Central Michigan University in 1970. Clarke met his wife, Linda Karbowski, at Pinconning Area High School and they were married on September 6, 1969. Clarke loved photography, basketball (playing and watching), landscaping & lawn projects and he loved being with the grandkids and family. Clarke began his career as a tax auditor for the state of Michigan in Lansing, MI. He later became the Finance Director at the Bay County Road Commission. Clarke retired from the Bay County Road Commission in 2005. Clarke is survived by his sons; Gregory, Bryan (Madison) and Jeremy (Kristin) Foco, grandchildren Thomas, Beatrice, Jonathan, William and Jackson. Brothers and sisters Gerald Foco, Raymond Jr. (Marie) Foco, Loretta (Lonnie) Pelton, Leona (Joe) Krawczyk and Claire (Ron) O'Laughlin. In-laws, Daniel (Natalie) Karbowski, and Janice (John) Wood. He is predeceased by his wife, Linda, his parents Raymond Sr (Clara) Foco, and sisters, Delores Freeman, and Virginia (Bill) Bennett.
Funeral mass will be on Thursday October 9, 2025 at 11am at Prince of Peace- St. Anne Campus with Rev, Fr. Pentice Tipton presiding. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4pm - 8pm. On Thursday at church from 10am.
