Claudette Levesque, a cherished member of her family and community, passed away August 19, 2024 in Bay Shore, NY, at the age of 78. Born on November 30, 1945, in Quebec, Canada, Claudette dedicated her professional life to the electronics industry as a Quality Control Inspector, earning admiration for her diligent work ethic and attention to detail.
Claudette was a devoted wife to her loving husband, Joseph Melvin Levesque. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home filled with love for their three children: daughter Kathleen Levesque, daughter Lisa Wilk (Robert), and son Ronnie Levesque (Tara). She took great pride in being a grandmother to Brian Wilk, Kevin Wilk, Olivia Levesque, and Ronan Levesque, and her grandchildren held a special place in her heart.
In addition to her immediate family, Claudette is survived by her brother, Irene Plourde. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Roger Plourde and Anita Gorneault.
The visitation will take place at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home located at 406 E. Main St. Riverhead, NY on Friday, August 23, 2024 during the hours of 2:00PM - 4:00PM and 7:00PM - 9:00PM. A Mass for Claudette will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 , at 10:00AM at St. John the Evangelist R C Church in Riverhead. The family invites friends and loved ones to come together during this time of remembrance and reflection to honor Claudette's enduring spirit.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a fierce dedication to her family and work.
